We are committed to continual internal and external improvement and auditing to achieve the best results for our partnership with our customers.

Some of our initiatives include:

  • Soil Management: We maintain healthy soils through Regenerative Agricultural techniques for improving Soil Carbon through crop rotations, with a focus on biological input solutions.

  • Emissions: We understand emissions and have established targets for emissions reduction by 2030.

  • Waste: We focus on waste reduction from our vegetables and packaging. We actively pursue innovative strategies to repurpose, reuse, recycle wherever possible committing to circular sustainable use of resources.

  • Crops: We invest in agronomic innovations to grow more high-quality product with less inputs, focusing on variety selection by region and improved farming .

  • Community: We recognise our role in ensuring our community benefits socially and economically from our presence. In addition to employment, we contribute to local community events, groups and not-for-profit organisations.
